Chalet Elena, is located on the ground floor of Chalet Shalimar, in the enclave of Winkelmatten, with the glamourous center of Zermatt a 15-minute scenic walk away, or a short ride in an e-taxi.
This charming mountain home consists of 4 bedrooms that can be made up as twin or doubles, all have en-suite bathrooms with separate showers.
The house is equipped with the finest Egyptian cotton linen, bathrobes, slippers and luxury bathroom products.
At the heart of the building is the wellness area and spa, and Chalet Elena shares these facilities with the penthouse apartment Alex, which sleeps 12 people and occupies the two top floors of the chalet. There is a sauna, hammam, massage room, and a wonderful indoor swimming pool.
The apartment is extremely spacious, there are two open plan living and dining rooms, both with floor to ceiling sliding doors, which open out onto the lovely garden and terrace.
The flexibility of the property allows the whole group to relax together or should you wish to find a quiet corner for some peace and quiet there is plenty of space.
Overlooking the dining area is the open plan kitchen, where guests can watch their chef prepare the finest cuisine through the week.
The ski and boot room is located on the ground floor.
Finally, Chalet Elena can be rented on a catered or self-catered basis.
