Chalet Alpin Roc

Chalet Alpin Roc is located in the Sonalon area, nestled in the heights of Verbier, and thanks to its elevated position it boasts breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and the village below.

This gorgeous luxury chalet spreads over three floors, it consists of four bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 guests.

On the ground floor is located a garage, with parking for one vehicle (and there are a further three exterior parking spaces); a boot room with boot heaters; and a laundry area.

The first floor is home to three of the four bedrooms. The master bedroom, with en-suite bathroom and separate toilet, is located at the front of the property.

Furthermore, on this floor is a twin/double bedroom and a children’s bunk room, with wonderful handmade beds and skylight windows, which sleeps two.
Two of these bedrooms share a shower room with a toilet (the shower room doubles as a hammam). The front two bedrooms have access to the balcony.

The open plan living, dining and kitchen are located on the second floor along with a further twin/double bedroom and separate shower room. The living area features an open fireplace, while large French windows provide the perfect backdrop when the sun sets over Verbier below.
The modern open plan kitchen is well equipped to cater for the most sophisticated dinner party.

A large mezzanine area above the main living area has been set aside as a chill out space and TV room with low comfortable sofas.

The chalet is sold on a catered or self-catered basis.

When sold on a fully catered basis, the chalet normally comes with a 24-hour 4x4 driving service.
