This amazing split-level penthouse apartment, located in one of the world’s most renowned ski resorts, offers luxurious living, breathtaking views, and superb wellness facilities.
Guests can ski right to the door of this fabulous home which overlooks the La Face piste.

Gran Pré 4 spreads over three floors and can sleep up to eight guests in its four bedrooms.
The apartment boasts bold architecture, sleek furnishings and rich fabrics have been combined together to create a mountain home that will exceed expectations.

You enter through the main door which is on the third floor of the building. There is a large ski and boot room next to the entrance with ample space for equipment and there is storage for coats and winter accessories in the reception area.
To the right of this, you will find the dazzling open plan lounge and dining area, characterized by double height ceilings and large windows which allow the natural light to flood the room by day and, by night, frame a magical moonlit mountain landscape.

A ladder leads up to a cozy library at the mezzanine level.

The chic living area, with a plush and inviting L-shaped sofa and arm chairs, is the perfect place to relax admiring the stunning views. A wood-burning fireplace is built into the wall where there is a large screen TV too.
You can acces the wide balcony through glass doors and enjoy an apéro in the open air. The living area flows into the broad dining area where the table seats up to eight guests. This area is looked over by a modern kitchen, fully equipped with all the necessary.

The first of the four bedrooms is on the other side of the entrance hall. There is a shower room in this en-suite, the smallest of the bedrooms. There is also a guest WC on this level. A short staircase leads you to the next floor where you’ll find two sumptuous en-suite bedrooms, a WC and a laundry. The bedrooms are both very spacious and both have mounted TVs and shower rooms. One of the rooms opens out to a small private balcony with spectacular south-facing views.

Continuing up the stairs, you will reach the loft-style fourth bedroom, the luxurious master bedroom. The designer paid great attention to detail while conceiving this splendid retreat tucked into the eaves of the building. A large en-suite bathroom offers both a shower-hammam and a bath and there is a mounted TV in the bedroom. Guests will delight in the balcony, an idyllic place to enjoy a coffee in the morning sunshine.

Furthermore, guests staying at Grand Pré 4 have access to the shared spa area, located on the first floor of the building, presided over by a heated swimming pool with endless current and submerged jet spa. A sauna completes this space.

Finally, on the lowest level of the building, there is a large garage, with two dedicated parking places and electric car charging ports.
