The property is reachable by a 4 km of well-maintained gravel road which takes to the parking spot, the outside consist in a large covered patio with a fireplace barbeque, pizza oven and large table for al fresco meals. There is a second paved courtyard equipped with garden furniture which offers amazing views. Complete the ground a fenced swimming pool, infinity with a walk-in step and a Jacuzzi with water falling into the pool. It will be possible to heat the Jacuzzi water at the extra price.
Guest will also have the possibility of use the vegetable herb growing in the garden, there are also a ping pong table, bocce court and table football at the guest’s disposal.
Villa Bellissima offers to its guest included on price our Experience Villas Collection which consist in a unique archaeological experience: the local head of archaeology (good friend of the villa manager) will take the guests on a tour of a closed off archaeological dig, where they will be able to see 5000 years of continuous history, starting with the stone age and finishing with the Romanesque. The team will gladly take its time and explain the varied and storied history of Orvieto, while the guests will be standing just mere feet from the main street, 10 feet underground, and 2500 years back in history... an unforgettable experience!

The property on its interiors is about 500 sqm. And develops in two floors. The entrance leads into a spacious living room with fireplace sofas, and a flat screen Satellite TV. Comfortable dining room with a table up to 20 people, fully equipped kitchen with two fridges, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave and all appliances needed.

The staff of the International Wine Academy in Rome helped the owner to create an extensive wine list (stored in a specially-made cool cellar. The Director of the International Wine Academy himself has agreed to come to villa Bellissima and lead wine tastings (if he is available- if not there are plenty of excellent staff members at the Wine Academy who speak perfect English whom you will love as well).

The owner lives on the adjacent private property, enhancing guests' experience with her knowledge of the area and her friendly hospitality. She can organize babysitters, grocery deliveries, massages, chef services, wine tastings or special visits tailored to her guests.
Two minivans are available for rent — a Mercedes Sprinter with 9 seats and new leather upholstery and air-conditioning, and a Mercedes Vito Automatic that seats 8-9. Please inquire for details of having a driver pick you up at the airport, drive you to the villa and then rent a van. Or you can arrange for a driver for daytrips, dinner or wine tasting.
