A very beautiful villa located 3 km away from Camaiore in a village called Nocchi, between Lucca and the beautiful Tuscan coast of Versilia perfect location for those who wish to spend a relaxing holidays in the countryside and having at the same time the possibility of make several day trips to the beautiful location of Tuscany and also Liguria!
The villa consist in over 10.000 square meters of well-maintained garden surrounded by olive trees, wineries, flowers, from the villa 50 mt down there is a wonderful private swimming pool (14x4 meters) equipped with sun lunges, and shaded gazebos. The garden also has an equipped area for the al fresco meals with table chairs, there is a barbecue and also a pizza oven.
The villa on its interiors is over 230 sqm. and develops into 3 floors consist in 5 double bedrooms 3 kings and two double.
Ground floor: large living room with working fire place comfortable sofas; dining area with table and chairs, equipped kitchen with toaster, microwave, fridge and freezer. One step down there is a bathroom with shower and laundry room with wash and dryer.
Mezzanine floor: a studio with fireplace sofa and satellite TV, a French door give a direct access to the garden; one bedroom with two single beds which can be converted into double, this room is served by the bathroom at the ground floor.
First floor: A master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower; double bedroom king size with ensuite bathroom with shower, Bedroom with king size bed, bathroom with shower is adjacent the room, double bedroom queen with bathroom with shower adjacent. All bedrooms have air conditioning and there is a satellite wifi.

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation; the final balance is due within 60 days prior to arrival.
Minimum stay 1 week; changeover day: Saturday. check in 3 PM, check out before 10 AM.
The guests are kindly required to take with them copies of their passports.

Euro 1.000 to be paid- in euro cash- upon arrival – to be returned upon departure less any damage or unpaid fees.
