Soline is a lovely apartment located only a short stroll from the Nasserein lift station.
The apartment occupies the entire middle floor of the luxury Chalet Austria, it was completed in 2010 and has been built to the highest standards with large use of old woods and natural stones.
The property features an original 18th century Tyrolean Stube and rich, warm fabrics have been used throughout creating the perfect winter retreat. In addition, the dining area is adorned with an authentic Renaissance painted ceiling.
Soline spreads over one floor, it has 5 en-suite bedrooms for a total of 12 sleeps and is perfect for families or groups of friends. The property is accessed via the lift or stairs.
All the bedrooms and the living area boast amazing views from spacious and sunny south west-facing balconies.
The entrance hallway takes you to a passageway which leads in one direction to the bedrooms and in the other, to the main living areas. The delightful open plan living and dining area, with a traditional Austrian fireplace, is located at the west end of the property. Its elevated position affords breathtaking views from the balconies and living area.
The well-equipped open plan kitchen overlooks the dining area which comfortably seats 12 guests.
There is a separate TV room which is comfortable and cozy, perfect for entertaining the children after a hard day skiing.
Light floods into the master bedroom which is extremely spacious. There is an en-suite bathroom and a balcony. There are two further twin/double bedrooms and a twin bedroom all with en-suite facilities.
The fifth room is a traditional quad bunk room with adult-size bunk beds. There is a small desk in this room and an en-suite shower room. An additional guest toilet is also located off the main hallway.
On the lower ground floor of the property, there is a shared ski locker and boot heating room.
Furthermore, there is a beautiful spa area on the lower ground floor which has a hammam, sauna, shower, and a relaxation area. This is shared with two other apartments of Chalet Austria.
The property has also outdoor parking for two vehicles.
Finally, the apartment can be rented on a catered or self-catered basis.

Chalet Soline is in the quieter, exclusive Nasserein neighborhood of St. Anton, yet only a three-minute walk from the lifts and a short walk from the village center.
Distances:
Nassereinbahn gondola: 5-minute walk.
The village center: 10-minute walk or 3-minute drive.
Rates are based on a self-catered basis.
A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 90 days prior to the arrival date.
Minimum stay: 7 nights, changeover day Sunday.
Check-in time is from 16:00; Checkout time is within 10:00.
