Tenuta Viola 1 is located in Massa Lubrense, a beautiful coastal town on the Sorrento Peninsula, one of the most famous tourist destinations in Italy thanks to its wonderful natural scenery. Stretching out into the Tyrrhenian Sea almost touching the island of Capri, it acts as a watershed between the gulfs of Naples and Salerno.
The villa covers an area of ??2 hectares, between the central square of Massa Lubrense and its tourist port.
The building dating back to 1769, Palazzo Guerra, stands on an area of ??800 square meters divided between porticoes, large hall, kitchen, bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a panoramic terrace with a 360° view.
Over 7,000 m2 are intended for a Mediterranean garden, parking, swimming pool, a barbecue area and outdoor fitness area.
The villa can accommodate up to 8 people (it is possible to add an extra single bed for kid at the price of Euro 100 per night) and is composed as follows:

The villa is part of a property that includes a second villa with the same private spaces.
The location offers easy access to many local attractions, including beaches, restaurants, bars and shops. Furthermore, the villa is an ideal starting point for exploring the famous Amalfi Coast and its enchanting towns such as Positano, Amalfi, Ravello and also Sorrento.

Minimum stay: 7 nights. All other durations on request.

Final cleaning is included. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation tidy. Any cleaning that goes beyond the ordinary, laundry for stained upholstery, extraordinary maintenance will be charged on the security deposit.
The pool is open approximately mid-April to end-October. Please note that pool opening dates are subject to local weather conditions and pool maintenance requirements and that cooler months may not be suitable for swimming.
Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, personal liability, and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
Services included in the price:
Water, electricity, final cleaning, change of bed linen every 3 days and daily change of towels if necessary.
The cleaning service is provided every day for 4 hours starting at the customer's choice between 8 and 11 in the morning.
The continental breakfast is provided every day with a 2 hours service starting at the customer's choice between 8 and 10 in the morning.
