Villa Settimio

Villa Settimio is a property set in the countryside south east of Sicily, dating back to the late 1800s, skillfully renovated with a modern touch while preserving the charm of the ancient walls and courtyard. The whole property interiorly covers over 180 square meters, the main building, originally the old stables, houses the living area, from which you can access two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, the dining area, and the kitchen. Externally, the living room opens up to the inner courtyard, featuring a pergola equipped for outdoor dining.
From the kitchen, you can step out to the small yet striking heated pool of 1.5x8 mt. with the option to heat the water up to 35°C.
Crossing the courtyard, you reach the second building, which contains two more double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, designed with an original system of internal partitions. The building also includes a cinema room and a small kitchen for aperitifs or intimate events.
