Villa Sampieri is a unique luxury villa, offering breathtaking views of the sea and an artificial lake that provides natural water to the bio-pool. The villa is entirely clad in cork panels, giving the residence a clean, harmonious appearance that integrates seamlessly with the surrounding nature.

Architecturally, the house reflects a minimalist style, combining and blending materials such as wood, cork, concrete, stone, and metal. These materials are used in their raw form, allowing their "structural" function to reveal the pure essence of the architectural design, staying true to the "less is more" philosophy.
The architectural layout, the position of the building, the large windows, and the wide openings have been carefully designed to maintain a visual connection with the sea and the surrounding landscape. Wherever you are within the property, you are captivated by the natural beauty of this stunning location.
Every detail has been meticulously considered, from the high-end furnishings (including Bulthaup kitchen, Gaggenau appliances, and Thonet chairs and armchairs) to the selection of custom finishes, which involved both local and external artisans. The project was conceived to create a true oasis of sustainability and relaxation: the phytodepuration lake, the pool, the garden, and the surrounding greenery all follow the same philosophy of respect for nature, integrating into an ecosystem that benefits itself.


The house spans three levels and covers over 250 square meters. The central area is accessed through the living room, from which five steps lead to the open-plan kitchen, where cooking becomes a pleasure with a spectacular panoramic view of the sea. The kitchen space is completed by a large terrace. The first floor is accessed by a concrete staircase, where you’ll find the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a fantastic panoramic terrace.
On the ground floor, adjacent to the main body of the house but with its own independent entrance, is the second double bedroom with a private bathroom, also with a panoramic sea view and direct access to the lawn. The third double bedroom with en-suite bathroom is located in the lower part of the property. It features a peaceful outdoor area with armchairs for moments of relaxation or reading. This room has two access points: one from the outside and one via a staircase just outside the main entrance.
