Villa Pozzallo is a newly built property located just 100 meters from the beautiful coast with sandy beach, a lively seaside town. The villa enjoys a stunning sea view and is strategically positioned, only 4 km from the center of town and close to the region's most important tourist attractions.
The villa has a large private garden which is gated and surround the property, 600 square meters which are partially paved, there a furnished veranda with a dining table provides the perfect spot for moments of conviviality or relaxation, with direct views of the private swimming pool and the sea; the pool is 5x10 mt with easy walk-in steps on side and is equipped with sun beds. The villa also has a private parking area that can accommodate up to two cars.
Villa Pozzallo is spread over two levels and covers 170 square meters. On the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, as well as another full bathroom. The bright and spacious living area includes a large sitting room with a dining area and kitchen. Thanks to large glass windows, the space opens up to the garden and the pool. On the upper floor, accessible by an internal staircase, there are two additional double bedrooms and a service bathroom with a large shower. One of the bedrooms leads to a well-equipped terrace with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea.
