Villa Ophelia is located in the countryside of Castellammare del Golfo, 4 km away from the town where you will find all the services.
Castellammare del Golfo stands out for the natural beauty of its coastline, the hilly landscape of Mount Inici that rises behind it, the history and the tradition that touch the peak in its castle together with the proximity to exceptional places like the Zingaro Nature Reserve.
The property is surrounded by the greenery, olive trees in particular and a vegetable garden planted by the owner whose grown vegetables can be harvested, cooked and eaten by guests.
The house was originally used as family residence, it develops on two levels and it features a typical rural style characterised by materials such as wood, terracotta and majolica that make warm and welcoming the rooms.
As soon as you enter the house, you will find the living room and dining area, with couch, TV and fireplace. Here it is possible to admire a collection of hand tools and implements used by farmers for their work and now exhibited and stored in the living room.
On the ground level there is also the kitchen, very functional and equipped with all the useful appliances, including a wood-burning oven.
Finally there are also two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
From the living room, by a staircase you can reach the first floor that consist of three bedrooms. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom has a beautiful countryside view and a winding staircase that leads to a loft area with 1 single bed. The remaining two double bedrooms have access to a beautiful covered terrace, overlooking the pool and the lush vegetation and they share a bathroom with shower.
Outside there is the swimming pool that is 20 x 10 meters large and it is equipped with comfortable outdoor sofas that will allow you to enjoy moments of relaxation in total privacy.

Castellammare del Golfo is a truly magical and picturesque place with the square fishermen's houses painted in white and ocher yellow.
Over the centuries it suffered various destructions, but was always rebuilt. It boasts wonderful landscapes, dream beaches and fantastic monuments.
Distances:
Distance from the sea: 6.5 km from the sandy beach.
Distance from the city centre (supermarket, restaurants, shops, etc.): 4 km from Castellammare del Golfo.
Distance from airport: 48 km (Falcone-Borsellino Airport, Palermo and Vincenzo Florio Airport, Trapani Birgi).
A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival date.
The weekly rental price includes consumption of gas, water, towels, bed linen, final cleaning and electricity (up to 150 Kwh), over the 150 kwh € 0,50 per kwh will be charged.
High chair and cot are available at a small charge under prior request.
Pets not admitted.
Please note that the Villa has a video surveillance system intended only for the external areas.
