Villa Marza is a stunning property that was renovated in 2023, located in Santa Maria del Focallo, just a few steps from the sea.
The villa has a large private garden of over 500 square meters, there is an outdoor veranda which is equipped with a dining table, oven, and barbecue, making it the perfect space for social gatherings. At the back of the villa lies perhaps the most beautiful spot: the relaxation corner with a private swimming pool of 4x8 mt., sun loungers, and armchairs, offering a tranquil escape from the outside world. Additionally, there is an outdoor bathroom for the pool area.
Villa Marza covers over 70 square meters interiorly, the main entrance opens into a hallway, leading to the living area on the right and the sleeping area on the left.
The living area consists of a small yet perfect kitchen-living room, elegant and fully equipped. It also features a small wine cellar and a peninsula with a cooking hob, which can double as a bar area.
The sleeping area includes three bedrooms: one double, one with separate beds, and one single room. There are two bathrooms, both with showers.
