Villa Malacala is a beautiful seaside villa located in Lido di Noto, the coastal area of the UNESCO World Heritage city of Noto, which is just 10 km away. The villa is located about 30 meters from a small beach and 200 meters from a larger beach, Scogliera Bianca.

The villa features a fenced private garden of over 1100 square meters that surround the property, the accessible from the parking area at the back of the house or through a pedestrian gate from the main road, which leads to a pathway dividing the garden. On the left, you'll find the stunning swimming pool of 12.5x4.5 mt., and on the right, a relaxing lounge area. The pathway leads to a veranda with a dining area with table chairs and barbeque, and a reading corner.


The interior of villa Malacala spans two levels: the ground floor, the first floor, and a terrace the whole property is over 252 square meters and is features a spacious living area with a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable sitting room.
The villa can accommodate up to 14 people in 7 bedrooms (5 double rooms and 2 rooms with separate beds that can be joined upon request). Four of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor, each with an independent external entrance. The first room, adjacent to the kitchen, is directly accessible from the parking area, while the other three are accessible from the pool area. Each room is air-conditioned and has its own private bathroom with a shower.
The upper floor, accessible via an external staircase, is like a small apartment with a bar corner, fridge, sink, and microwave. It also features 3 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom with a shower, and offers a beautiful view of the pool and the sea.
