Villa Fiorita is a cozy property in the countryside of Sicily in a strategic and peaceful location between the baroque city of Noto and the coast city of Avola, the house is just 2 km from the coastline with the beautiful beaches of this part of the island, the villa is a perfect starting point for a day trip exploring the whole Sicily with short drive is possible to reach Siracusa, Catania, Portopalo and other destination.
Villa Fiorita has a large private fenced garden which is surrounded by the characteristic Sicilian vegetation made of Olive trees, palms and flowers, there is a private swimming pool with walk in steps, equipped with sun lounges and umbrella for shade, close to the building there is also a covered patio equipped with garden sofa and table with chairs, a perfect angle for organize al fresco meals.
The villa interiorly covers over 80 square meters all in one floor, the entrance leads to a spacious open space with living area equipped with sofa and flat screen TV, dining area with table and chairs and a fully equipped modern kitchen, there are two spacious double bedrooms and a bathroom with bath tub. The villa has all amenities needed such as air conditioning, internet wifi private parking space, barbeque, washing machine.
