The villa has a large private garden which is fenced by a traditional stone walls, the garden is full of vegetation with olive trees, palms and other characteristic plants of the region, the guest will have a private infinity swimming pool at their disposal equipped with elegant sun lounges; attached to the building there is a covered patio equipped with garden sofas arm chairs and tea table where to relax, it also feature a dining table where to organize al fresco meals.
The property covers over 90 square meters on its interiors and is divided into two units the main body and dependance, the main entrance leads to an open plan fully equipped kitchen with all amenities needed; complete the main house two double bedrooms each with its own bathroom with shower.
The dependance is independent and feature a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower and little outside veranda.

A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival date.
