Villa Fabiana is an exclusive property for rent in Sicily just outside the city of Noto, set in a peaceful area this property offers to its guest an oasis of relax and tranquility, located above a little hill the villa is surrounded by the characteristic Sicilian vegetation made of olive trees, plants and flowers, from the villa guest can enjoy the lovely view of the valley.
The villa has a spacious private outside fenced area which is partially paved, there is a private swimming pool equipped with elegant sun lounges, next to the building there is a covered patio equipped with garden sofas arm chairs and tea table where to relax, the patio also features a large dinner table with chairs where to organize al fresco meals.
Villa Fabiana interiorly covers over 92 square meters, it has modern furniture with all amenities needed in order to offer the most comfortable stay to its guests. The entrance leads to a large open space with living area equipped with sofas, flat screen TV, table, and a fully modern equipped kitchen. The main body of the villa features two double bedrooms each with its own bathrooms with walk in shower. the third bedroom is located in the little dependance set down the pool area and it features a double bed and private bathroom with walk in shower.

A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival date.
