The villa is spread over two levels and covers 270 square meters; The entrance opens into the living area, featuring a TV and a beautiful corner sofa positioned right in front of a window that overlooks the swimming pool. From here, a hallway leads to a space with a fridge column, oven, and pantry, before reaching the dining area, which includes a dining table and an island with a sink and stove.
The villa can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 double bedrooms. The first bedroom is directly accessible from the dining area. The second bedroom is located on the upper floor and boasts a lovely private terrace with views of the surrounding countryside. The third bedroom is part of the main building but has a private entrance from the outside. Lastly, the fourth bedroom is in a separate annex. All rooms are air-conditioned and feature en-suite bathrooms.
