The annex instead consists of a living room with kitchenette and a double bedroom with bathroom. All rooms feature air-conditioning, heat pumps, and Wi-Fi internet. Entertainment is at your fingertips with two televisions, and practical amenities include a washing machine, dishwasher, American coffee and espresso machine, ice-maker, and a Barbecue.

A 30% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Minimum stay 5 nights, changeover day flexible except from 20 July to 23 August (7 nights, arrival day Saturday).
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): € 50.
A security deposit of 1.000 euros has to be paid in cash on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: gas, water, electricity, heating, final cleaning, weekly change of bed linens, midweek change of bath towels and pool towels, midweek cleaning of the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms (3 hours), welcome basket (breakfast items), baby cot.
Tourist tax: 1.00 € per night per person excluding children up to 12 years, max 10 nights, to be paid upon booking.
