Villa Betty is a modern, exclusive villa located by the sea near Avola, 25 km south of Syracuse, just a few steps away from a lovely bay that can be easily reached on foot.
The property is surrounded by an extensive garden with natural lawn, young olive trees, ornamental and aromatic plants, and it boasts large, equipped outdoor spaces and an exclusive, Jacuzzi, which are the perfect spots for relaxing.
The villa spreads over one level, the cozy, well-organized interior is characterized by a contemporary elegant style. The main house consists of a bright living-room with kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large veranda, that opens onto the terrace and garden through large glass doors, creating a homogeneous ambience between the interior and exterior.
The property offers all kind of comforts: internet Wi-Fi, air conditioning, 2 TVs, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, bbq, etc.
There is also a detached annex with one double bedroom, bathroom with shower and patio.
Villa Betty is ideal for a relaxing holiday and is also an excellent base for visiting the most beautiful towns of eastern Sicily such as: Syracuse, Noto, Modica, Scicli, Catania and Taormina, the nature reserves of Cavagrande del Cassibile and Vendicari, the fishing resorts of Marzamemi and Portopalo di Capo Passero and the lovely beaches of Avola, Fontane Bianche and Calamosche which are all a short drive away.

Cancellation Policies
If the guest cancels a reservation, the following cancellation penalties will apply:
15% of the rental price if the cancellation is made up to 61 days before arrival.
100% of the rental price if the cancellation is made from 60 days to the arrival date or in the event of a no-show. Rental rules
Minimum stay 5 nights; changeover day flexible; 7 nights from 20/06/26 to 29/08/26 with arrival day: Saturday ONLY from 25/07/26 to 22/08/26 and ifrom 19/12/26 to 08/01/27 (changeover day flexible).
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00 (early checkout € 30).
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): € 30 (to pay on arrival).
A security deposit of 500 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: gas, water, electricity, final cleaning, weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, midweek change of bath towels, weekly cleaning of the bedrooms and bathrooms (3 hours), welcome basket (breakfast items).
Tourist tax: 2.00 € per night per person excluding children up to 12 years, max 7 nights, to pay at booking.
Please note the Jacuzzi can be heated (28°degrees) on request with an extra charge of Euros 200/week.
