Villa Assunta

Villa Assunta is the perfect starting point for discovering the beauties of the island, from its white sandy beaches to the splendid baroque towns of southeastern Sicily, all easily reachable within a few minutes by car.
The villa has a large private garden of over 8000 square meters, built with the typical local stone from Modica, it features a large patio overlooking a magnificent garden with palm trees and a large saltwater swimming pool, complete with a hot tub area. Nearby, a gazebo with a table, chairs, and a relaxation area faces the pool, while sunbeds and umbrellas are placed around the pool area.
Under the shade of a large veranda with views of the garden, there is a dining table and a mobile barbecue where to organize al fresco meal.

From the veranda, you enter the living area, which is furnished with leather sofas and armchairs arranged around a fireplace, a TV corner, and a dining area.
Accessed through the courtyard, the fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need, and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is adjacent.
The sleeping area on the lower floor is located in the opposite wing of the house. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and glass doors leading to the courtyard. On the ground floor, you'll also find a children's bedroom (with a bunk bed), a large bathroom with a shower and a jacuzzi bathtub, and a living room.


Two staircases from the main living areas lead to separate areas on the first floor. On the poolside, there is a lounge with a vaulted ceiling, sofas, a desk, and access to a furnished terrace with a spectacular view of the garden and pool. Exiting the lounge, you'll find a balcony with a piano that overlooks the large living room below and leads to the first-floor sleeping area. This level includes a study and four bedrooms (three double rooms and one triple). The triple and one double room face the courtyard and share a bathroom, while the other two double rooms each have their own bathroom – one with an en-suite and the other with a bathroom located next to it.
