Country House is a charming, luxury property immersed in the lush countryside near Modica, at the heart of the south-east of Sicily. It was originally a barn complex which has been transformed into an elegant and welcoming holiday home.
The villa is surrounded by olive, carob trees and features white stone walls, offering a beautiful infinity pool, large, well-equipped terraces and a well-kept garden with lawn.
The property spreads over one level and it is characterized by fine interior that features a a perfect mix of modern and traditional elements.
It consists of a main house which includes three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and an open floor plan living area with large living room, dining area and kitchen.
Besides there is the annex that houses two further bedrooms (the small bedroom is accessed via the larger one) with shared bathroom.
The villa is equipped with all mod cons such as: computer work station with internet Wi-Fi, fireplace, underfloor heating and air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and safe. The property has also a further bedroom that on request can be used by the accompanying service staff.
From the villa you can easily reach the baroque towns of the Noto Valley and the beautiful beaches of Donnalucata, Sampieri and Marina di Ragusa.

A 30% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Minimum stay 7 nights.
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): if agreed € 50 to be paid upon arrival.
Early checkout: € 50,00.
A security deposit of 1.000 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: air-conditioning, heating, gas, water, electricity up to 300 kwh (extra consumption € 0,50/kwh to be paid on the spot in cash), final cleaning, weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, midweek change of bath towels, weekly cleaning of kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms (4 hours), welcome basket (breakfast items), cot.
Pets: Not allowed.
Firewood: Not included.
City tax not included: 2.00 € per night per person excluding children up to 12 years, max 7 nights, to pay cash on arrival.
