Guest House Skiron

Guest House Skiron is part of a group of 7 villas (plus the owners’ residence) contained in a new, beautiful holiday complex in Santorini. This private complex spreads over 6000 square meters and it is located in the countryside of Santorini, in a very quiet area, in the middle of vineyards and farms and it is only 400 meters away from the black pebble beach of Vourvoulos, where there is also a small fishermen port and a beachside tavern, where guests have the opportunity to taste fresh fish and local dishes.
The villas can be rented all together, which is ideal for weddings, family gatherings, big groups of friends, or separately, in fact each villa has a separate entrance, private pool (except one), large outdoor spaces with BBQ facilities and parking space.
The venue is quite far from the center of the island (Fira town, with its nightlife, shops and entertainments is about 3 km far), that’s why a car is recommended, since there are not many connections by public transportation (2 buses a day) and it’s not easy to get a taxi (in particular during the peak of the season).
Anyway, regarding this matter it’s interesting to know that, included in the rental price of the villas, there is also a car that guests will have at their disposal during the whole stay

Guest House Skiron is located just in front of the owner's residence and it has a separate entrance, with a private pool and parking space.
This beautiful private guesthouse is on one level and it has been decorated in a traditional island style, with a predominance of blue and white colors.
From the patio area outside you can access the house through separate doors, which grants independence for friends who wish to share this property.

Guest House Skiron can accommodate from 4 to 6 guests (two can sleep in sofa beds) and it consists of 2 bedrooms:
One private bedroom with en suite bathroom and queen size bed and another bedroom that is open plan, with a comfortable living area, with 2 island style built sofas and en-suite bathroom with shower.
Finally there is a separate fully equipped kitchen, with a small dining area with doors leading directly to the large veranda.
The spacious outdoor area consists of a private pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, a relaxing lounge, a shaded dining area, a fully equipped BBQ and from there it is possible to enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding gardens, farms and a partial sea view.

This place is ideal for those who want to enjoy an uncontaminated nature in absolute tranquility.
