Cozy property in a villa park, a very nice 2 bedrooms 2 bathroom dependence surrounded by trees and flowers. In the main villa leaves the very welcome owners which are happy to share their gorgeous pool with guests.
the property is up of about 40 steps form the main building it has a private outdoor area with BBQ and table with chairs for al fresco dinners.
The property consist in a very large living room with fireplace, double sofa bed, TV satellite and internet wifi, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. There are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms one with shower and one with bathtub.
The property is located in Grottaferrata, in the Castelli Romani area, only 20 km from Rome with is easy to reach by train in 30 minutes from station Frascati (only 2 km away), train takes into the Termini station in Center of Rome.
The villa is into a residential area guest have a private gated parking, in the town you will have all kind of services needed, The Castelli Romani are very famous for the beauty of the towns around and of course for the for food!! Some example Frascati is very famous for its wine! Ariccia for the world famous Porchetta! Castel gandolfo and Nami with the two lakes, Castel gandolfo is also the summer Pope’s resindence.; Marino with is wine Sagra in September all of these towns are less than 20 mintes drive from the villa
