Villa Messada has a large private outdoor space to immerse yourself in the tranquility where panoramic views stretch across the Aegean Sea and the nearby islands of Naxos, Iraklia, Ios, and Folegandros. The outdoor amenities include a private infinity swimming pool of 12x5 mt. different lounge areas for relax and or organize al fresco meal, with the outdoor cooking facilities including a BBQ; A dedicated, wind-protected yoga space with wooden decking, and private parking spaces
The property is made up of 3 units, the Main House and two fully independent Guest Houses, all connected by a scenic outdoor pathway. The Main House features a spacious living room, a formal dining room, a modern kitchen, 3 beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms, and a guest restroom.
These two self-contained Guest Houses offer complete privacy while remaining easily accessible via the outdoor pathway. Each Guest House includes a cozy living room, a kitchenette, two comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, and private terraces with lovely outdoor seating areas.

A 30% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.

A refundable security deposit of Euro 3000,00 has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages
