Villa Kostas was built in 2014 in the traditional Cycladic architectural style and it is located an 8-minute drive from the beautiful Golden Beach. The villa boasts an unparalleled view of the Aegean Sea and the nearby seashore, as well as its own private swimming pool. This 2-storey structure is 216m2, it is surrounded by a verdant walled-in garden rich of fragrant flowers and trees.

Both bedrooms offer direct access to the surroundings through balcony doors, allowing the guests to enjoy immediate access to the garden and swimming pool.

The pool area is equipped with comfortable sunbeds and pillows, the swimming pool measures 7x4m. and it also offers a jet system.

The property features a spacious outdoor seating area, covered by a pergola with a large dining table that seats up to 10 people as well as a separate BBQ area. There is also a second pergola-shaded seating area with comfortable couches and unrivalled view over the Aegean Sea.
