Villa BluEros is an astonishing luxurious property located in Syros, a beautiful island of the Cyclades rich of nice beaches with crystal blue waters, history and excellent food.
This stunning villa, with direct access to the sea and near the airport, has 8 bedrooms and it can accommodate up to 16 people in total, offering all kind of luxury amenities for the most demanding guests. The property also boasts a private heliport situated within a very short driving distance.
From here you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea for an unforgettable vacation.
In detail the villa is composed as follows:
A main building that consists of a ground level that features a wide-open space with dining and living area with spectacular views and a fully equipped kitchen
A few steps up from the main living area and there is an awesome master suite, with a king-size bed, an open-plan office space, a delightful walk-in dressing area, a large bathroom and a private veranda with amazing sea view.
A few steps down from the main living area, there are four more bedrooms and three bathrooms. The path starts with a guest bathroom, located next to a single en suite bedroom, which can be used as a children, nanny or staff room. Next, two elegant double bedrooms with comfortable single beds, which share a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, as well as an outdoor lounge space. At the end of the hallway, there is a cozy en suite double bedroom with a shaded private veranda.
In the lower level, just a few steps down from the main bedrooms area, you will find a comfortable living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. This separate space with one double, one single bedroom and a comfy bathroom, can be used either for children or for in-house staff.
Besides the main building there is the guesthouse that is completely independent from the rest of the villa, with its own secluded entrance, ensuring total privacy. It has a large double bedroom, a single bedroom, a bathroom and a seating area with charming furnishings. A secluded veranda completes the autonomous and exclusive character of the guesthouse.
Finally, outside the villa there are plenty of corners where people can relax or dine and the majestic infinity pool that is 100 m2 large and from where guests can enjoy fantastic views over the ocean.

Neighborhood and surroundings
Syros is part of the Cyclades archipelago, but compared to more popular destinations such as Mykonos and Santorini it can count on a more discreet and sustainable tourism while maintaining the characteristics that have guaranteed the success of these islands of Greece. Syros is a small island, so much so that you can turn it in a few hours, but offers excellent cuisine, culture and small beaches perfect for relaxation.
Its capital is the town of Ermoupolis that climbs on two hills while it is reflected in the waters of the Aegean Sea.
A 30% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
The minimum stay is 3 days; 1 week in July and August.
Check-in time is between from 3.00 p.m. Checkout time is within 10.00 a.m.
A damage deposit of € 3.000, has to be paid upon arrival and it will be returned at the end of the stay, less any charges in case of damage.
