A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
The minimum stay is 4 nights. From the 15th July to the 17th August the minimum stay is 7 nights.
Check-in time is from 15:00; Checkout time is within 10:00.
A security deposit has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure, less any charges, in case of damages to the property.
