Villa Hurmuses is an amazing property located in Megali Ammos, close to Mykonos town, only 15 minutes walk (5 minutes drive). The nearest beach (Megali Ammos) is 10 minutes walk away. The villa consists of 5 bedrooms and it can accommodate up to 10 people in total.
This stunning villa features the typical style of the Cyclades, with a predominance of white walls and stones and from there you can enjoy amazing views of the Aegean Sea and Mykonos town.
Villa Hurmuses offers plenty of outside spaces where it is possible to relax or dine enjoying the beautiful views.
The villa has a large swimming pool, equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, fully equipped kitchen provided with all kind of appliances, built-in BBQ, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, stereo system (both inside and outside), DVD and CD player, laptop, etc.
In the rental price there are a wide range of services included: daily maid service, airport transfers, daily breakfast, welcome hamper and welcome dinner for 10 people.
The bedrooms are warm and modern at the same time, there is the master bedroom, with king size bed, en suite bathroom with tub and shower; a second bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower; a third bedroom with twin beds, en suite bathroom with shower; and other two bedrooms, with shared bathroom, one with double bed and the other one with twin beds.
In detail the villa has three levels:
The ground level (pool level), where you will find the outdoor barbeque, dining-lunch area and a bar overlooking Megali Ammos beach. Just behind the barbeque area, also ocean facing, is a family suite which is separated from the main house and has it’s own private entrance. This charming little suite can accommodate 4 guests and a shared bathroom. Towards the right of the family suite is the swimming pool, surrounded by a Mykonian stonewall and local plants.
At the end of the pool there is a typical Mykonian Pigeon house, which was converted, into a guesthouse. It has two levels and sleeps 3 to 4 guest with a small kitchen and bathroom.
The entrance level:
As you drive through the gates into the villa, on your right you’ll see a beautiful cactus garden. The gardens of the villa are surrounded by olive trees, pine trees, eucalyptus trees, bougainvillea and geranium bushes. Nestled in this garden among the lush green trees, is the Venus Pergola, where guests can enjoy a relaxing massage in the calmness of the surroundings. There is also an open space close by that is being converted to a wellness/yoga area.
On this level there are also the laundry room, car park and straight ahead is the view of the ocean.
As you enter the villa to the left, you will find the open plan kitchen and the dining room. The living room and conservatory room is to your right. The view from the kitchen through the living room and conservatory is breathtaking.
You will also find two other bedrooms here. Both rooms have en-suite bathrooms and there is also a separate guest bathroom for the living and dining rooms.
Top floor:
Here you will find the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. This room has a private balcony and spectacular, unobstructed views of the sea from west to east, as well as Mykonos town.
