Villa Giada is a luxury property located in a privileged position with gorgeous views of the Aegean Sea.
The villa is 250sq.m. with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, for a total of 8 sleeps, and although it is part of a 3-house complex, privacy is absolutely guaranteed.

In detail, there is one en-suite bedroom at the ground level and three more at the lower level, each with its own bathroom.

The building, a stone-clad slab designed to have minimal impact on the landscape, spreads over two levels that open to terraces equipped with all the open-air living essentials.

The interior is characterized by a stylish minimal aesthetics, a few details in wood and wicker are used to add warmth to the rooms and convey a natural feel. The result is an ensemble of clutter-free spaces that have an immediate relaxing effect. Throughout the house, tall windows and glass doors allow to enjoy the stunning views and invite the sunlight in. Hidden lighting is used to set the mood after the sun goes down.
