Villa Gatsby is located southwest of Mykonos in the beautiful area of Aleomandra, with its a small shady and sandy beach facing south and therefore relatively sheltered from the wind.

Villa Gatsby is an amazing villa that has direct access to the sea, where a private dock is located and is within walking distance to Glyfadi beach but is also in close proximity to the enchanting beaches of Saint John, Psarou, and Ornos, as well as the picturesque and cosmopolitan Mykonos town.

Upper level
Main building
Room 1: Master bedroom en-suite bathroom with double showers and sinks, with king-size bed, A/C, and direct access to a large private veranda and also to 3 private balconies with build in sofas to enjoy the amazing sea views. You can access via Elevator, external and internal stairs.

Entrance Level
At the entance level you will immediately be greeted by a fully equipped kitchen, open space living rooms, dining area, fire pit lounge, smart TV, A/C, WC- From here you can direct access to the outdoor dining & pool area via balcony door
Room 2: double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, king-size bed, smart TV, central ventilation & [A/C] Also from this room you can direct access to private veranda with pergola and sitting area via balcony doors

Guest house 2: double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and king-size bed (or 2 single beds), smart TV, A/C, build-in sofa, sitting area - direct access to guest house 3 via internal doors. From here you can enjoy the garden view.
Guest house 3: master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and king-size bed, smart TV, A/C, walk-in closet, build-in sofa, sitting area - direct access to Guest house 2 via internal doors, direct access to Garden via balcony doors and spectacular sea view
Guest house 4: master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with double showers and sinks, king-size bed. There is also a sitting room with built in sofas, smart TV, A/C and direct access to spacious pergola area with lounge furniture and un amazing sea views.

If you love working out you will be happy to discover that there is also a gym with en-suite WC and availability of Yoga and other gym accessories.

The outdoor area of the villa is where you will probably spend most of your time. You will be attracted by the infinity swimming pool (100sqm) with large pool lounge area, the shaded outdoor lounge areas, the outdoor dining area and outdoor kitchen with BBQ under pergola, the veranda with setting area and outdoor jacuzzi, hammock, firepit lounge floating sea-deck, showers, next to the pool and close to the changing room and the gardens.
Moreover there is the protected parking with car chargers for up to 5 big vehicles


The property is part of a greater community of private properties that:
- Share access to a private newly built, sea deck (58 sp. meters). The sea dock is only available for touch and go sea transfers, which the client or the villa managers may reserve at an extra cost. The use of the sea dock is only available at the presence of the villa personnel and any other use is strictly prohibited.
- Enjoy professional guarding service 7 days per week, at night (22:00-06:00).

We kindly note that in the ground floor there is an independent staff house* with a private entrance, including the laundry room, 2 bedrooms (8 people), each with 1 ensuite bathroom, a large kitchen, a separate living room, and a storage room. The staff house is not part of the proposition to clients, who will not have access to this area and vice versa since it’s used as a residence for the Owners employees. With a prior agreement, the staff house can be offered for the sole use of the client, at an extra cost.
