The private outdoor area is made of a paved terrace facing the sea, guest will enjoy the exclusive infinity swimming pool of 20x4 mt. it can be heated upon request with extra charge, there are elegant sunlounges and all around the pool. The outdoor space also features several equipped angles with garden furniture such as sofas, tea tables, where to relax and enjoy the view, guest will have also an external kitchenette, gas BBQ, and large table with chairs for 12 where to organize outdoor meals.
The interiors of Villa Aura is very elegant and covers over 450 square meters, the entrance leads to a large lining room with built in sofas, TV with home theatre, dining area with table and chairs, fully equipped kitchen with all amenities needed, kitchen has also direct access to the outdoor area; there is also a wine room and guest wc.

A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
The minimum stay is 3 nights.
Check-in time is from 15:00; Checkout time is within 10:00.
A security deposit of 7000 euros to be paid via bank transfer/cc’ charge/cash payment upon arrival
