A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.

Minimum stay 3 nights in May; 5 nights in June; from July to August: 7 nights; from the first to 7 September 5 nights, 3 nights from 8 September to 8 October.
A security deposit of 1.500,00 euros has to be paid in cash on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: private parking, security alarm system, remote control for the entrance gate, 12-hour Reception, concierge services, wake-up calls, twice daily housekeeping, turndown service, pool and garden care.
