Villa Amandula luxury property for rent in Mykonos, located above a hill overlooking the new port, the house is short distance to the center of town and to a sandy beach. Villa Amandula is part of luxury complex with several hoses, guest will have access to a shared swimming pool and a solarium facing the sea equipped with sun beds where to relax during the day. Every hose has its outside area equipped with garden furniture, table and chairs for al fresco meals facing the Aegean Sea offering amazing sun sets.
The property is over 170 square meters and develops in different level and a guest house. In the main body the entrance leads to the large living and dining room with sofas, flat screen TV, table chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities, on ground floor there is the first double bedroom (the beds can be splatted into two single beds) private bathroom with shower and a sew view.
The upper floor feature a private balcony equipped with table and chairs with sea view, in this floor there is a second double bedroom (can become twin) and a private bathroom with shower.
Lower floor has a laundry room and two double bedrooms each can become twin, and each room has its own private bathroom with shower.
The guest house is accessible from the outdoor backyard and feature double bedroom (can become twin) private shower room, and balcony with pergola equipped with table and chairs with sea view.
Every bedroom has air condition and as well a ceiling fan, same as for the living/dining room. There is internet wifi, shared parking, daily made service, alarm system, bath amenities

A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation; the final balance is due within 60 days prior to arrival.

A security deposit of € 500 must be paid in cash upon arrival and will be refunded at the departure day provided that no lo damage or loss is incurred.
