Mireva is a charming house located in S’Uestra, a few-minute walk from a popular supermarket and fine dining restaurants, while the beaches of Binibeca and Binisafúa are approximately 4-minute drive from the house, as is the town of Sant Lluís. A car is necessary to move freely.

The property has been built with great attention to detail using traditional materials to recreate, with modern comfort, the typical Menorcan country house style.

The house is very spacious and is characterized by quality and comfortable furniture.
On the ground floor we find the lounge/dining room and the kitchen (both with access to the external porch), 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 1 shower room, 1 wardrobe and the utility room.

Outside the house features large gardens (approximately 11,000 square meters) and the pool that is on the east side of the house and measures 10m x 5m. The grounds are full of olive trees and there are many quiet areas where you can sit and relax in the shade.
Finally, there is also a stone barbeque, ideal for al fresco dining.
