Finca el sueño completely absorbed in the pure nature on a private back road going from Es Migjorn towards the sea. This side of Menorca is characterized with Caribbean-like beaches and crystal clear ocean water. Guest from the villa can enjoy breathtaking views over the southern coast of Menorca. The property was built in 1798 and was restored and refurbished in 2012 with the maximum respect of its original features. The house with 7 bedrooms rises on a 120 hectares estate. It is ideal for family vacations and a perfect location for smaller groups up to 18 persons.

Indoors

The decoration of the library, the television room, and the living room are characterized by the elegance of simplicity making these enviroments quiet uniques in their style. Regardless of the occupancy of the house the common areas offer so much space in order to warrant privacy also if being in the same ambient with other people. You can always find a corner somewhere with a quiet atmosphere in order to chill. The kitchen has been located not far from the terrace to ease the chance of using it to share outdoor meals together. The inner dining table can offer place for up to 14 people. Of course from the lounge table you can still enjoy wonderful views.

Outdoors

The best area of the property is definitely the external area where you can enjoy the fresh marine breeze that makes the area enjoyable at any time of the day.
The outdoor dining table offer wonderful views, and is located close to the barbecue and and stone owen area.
The pool area is stunning. The views are unobstructed thanks to slightly elevated teak patio, large enough for playing, arranging a party, or simply enjoying the total peace either in the warm Spanish sun or under the shade of a pine tree. The antique brick owen has been turned in a livable outdoor unit that can be used for cocktail preparation..
The pool house has its own refrigerator and can be equipped with other amenities making it a lively focal point around the pool.

Services and staff

There is a standard 3-hour daily cleaning and pool service included in the rates.
With some planning we can also arrange additional cooking and maid service, as well as organize grocery shopping, car rental, private transfer, babysitting, restaurant/clubbing reservation, luxury motor yacht and offshore boat rental and other sports activities.

Location

The estate is near Es Migjorn Gran. There is an endless number of trails for walking and cycling, but you could also venture onto the Camino de Cavalls, a 200 km trail around Menorca crossing the estate at its Southern edge. Whether doing it on horseback, like in the old days, by foot or on one of the villa´s free mountain bikes, it’s an excellent way to stay active and enjoy what has been granted the status of Biosphere Reserves of the World by UNESCO.
As you descend the untouched valley towards the sea on the 800 meters path leading to the sandy beach of Platja Binigaus, you get the impression that time has stopped for a thousand years, as you encounter mystical stone formations and small stone constructions formerly used for agriculture. You can reach the beach on a 10-minute drive on the private back road or a 15-minute walk.
The superb white sand beach is only accessible to the public by foot from Santo Tomas; the water is crystal-clear all year around with standards perfectly comparable to those of exotic beaches in the Pacific Ocean or the Caribbean.
