Finca Eco

Finca Eco is a typical Menorcan farmhouse located less than 1km from the famous Son Bou beach and bars and restaurants, and 5km from the village of Alaior, while the capital town Mahon and the port are less than 15-minute drive away.

The property is surrounded by the beautiful Menorcan countryside, ensuring both privacy and tranquility, and it is characterized by rustic furniture, in line with the architecture of the building. The rooms spread over two floors:

On the ground floor we find the entrance hall, lounge/dining room, kitchen with dining area, 1 double bedroom with air-conditioning, dressing room and en-suite bathroom, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 twin bedroom (accessible via stairs) with air-conditioning and 1 shower room.

On the first floor there is a lounge with distant sea views, 1 double bedroom with air-conditioning, 1 double bedroom and 1 full bathroom.

Outside Finca Eco features the patio at the front of the house that is furnished with a garden swing, table and chairs and next to the swimming pool there is a further external dining area, with a shaded pergola and stone barbeque. Behind the pool there is a large grass lawn and trees providing natural shade.
