Vista Teulades is an exclusive and comfortable holiday Town House, perfect for a break in Pollensa, Mallorca, overlooking one of the most picturesque old town that only a place like this can offer.
Located in one of the most beautiful Mediterranean city it presents an incredible view overlooking the mountains. With its well thought layout, this beautiful property gives the feeling of modernity and luxury, but at the same time it seems that you never left home thanks to its warm welcoming decor and furniture, with its 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms can accommodate up to 6 people.
On the ground level there is this very spacious airy open plan living room with dining area all finely furbished with modern touches and luxury comfort, a fully equipped kitchen all swish linear design with wooden finishes and flashes of colours, the breakfast bar useful and comfortable, is modern and stylish.
Going up through the glass-fronted corridor, you will find a double bedded room with wooden roof beams, a second double room with fantastic French windows with the view over the fantastic Mediterranean lights, and the third bedroom with twin beds. Vista Teulades features 3 bathrooms, the master one is quite large with sunken bathtub. The other 2 bathrooms feature walk-in showers.
The roof top terrace, with its stunning views overlooking the terracotta rooftops of the old town all the way through the Tramuntana mountains, could be one of the most cozy and suggestive area of this estate. It includes outdoor furniture and its fantastic private salted-water swimming pool.
The closest shops, bar and restaurants are just around the corner as well as the very popular golf course

Mallorca is known for its protected bays, limestone mountains and Roman and Moorish remains.
This wonderful island offers a lively nightlife and many historical and natural attractions to meet the needs of millions of tourists who crowd this island every year.
On the island there are stone villages, art galleries and music festivals, all surrounded by hills full of citrus groves.
A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation. The final balance is due within 60 days prior to the arrival date.
The minimum stay is 7 nights (from June to September with arrival only on Saturdays).

Rental Rules:
A booking fee of 70 euros is applicable to all reservations
All prices are subject to change and will be confirmed by the reservations manager at time of booking.
When booking you will be subject to pay the Balearic ecotax of €2.20 per night per person.
Credit card details are required for the damage refundable deposit, the amount of which is property related and it will be put on hold 12 days prior to the arrival.
