Villa Sterlizia

Villa Sterlizia is a newly built property located in the Mallorcan countryside near Pollensa.
It is characterized by a traditional rustic Spanish style, featuring traditional Mallorcan stone, solid wood roof beams, terracotta roof tiles that perfectly blend with all the modern luxuries.

As soon as you enter through the fabulous arched wooden double doors into the huge entrance hall you feel you are stepping into a bygone world: stone floor, stone steps, whitewashed walls, antique furniture, etc. Villa Sterlizia will literally enchant you!

The main lounge area is just amazing with the walls built by using local stone, wooden roof beams, cozy sofas, huge windows letting in the soft Mediterranean light, and the breathtaking views through the open French windows out onto the patio terrace, garden and mountains beyond.

There`s a flat screen satellite TV on the wall and you can also benefit from Wi-Fi throughout as well as a SONOS sound system.

The dining area is characterized by a contemporary style featuring a large solid wood dining table seating up to eight. A great place to enjoy an evening meal with family and friends as the sunsets over the hills.

The big fully equipped kitchen features a semi rustic style and feel but with all the mod cons you need for your holiday – including a huge American fridge-freezer.

There is also a breakfast table, and from here you will have access to an outside patio seating eight people if you wish to take breakfast outside, just in front of its own natural pond.

The villa consists of 4 en-suite bedrooms that can sleep up to 8 people in the utmost comfort.

The spacious master suite has an en-suite bathroom with a large bathtub and a walk-in shower and from here you can enjoy amazing views over the Tramuntana Mountains.

There are two more bedrooms on this floor: a twin bedroom with a built-in desk, a large closet and en suite bathroom, and a second double bedroom once again with an en suite and its own private balcony with table and chairs with views to the Puig.

Downstairs there is the fourth bedroom with twin beds, en suite bathroom and private terrace.

Outside, Villa Sterlizia boasts lush gardens and a large and rectangular private pool, with a stepped entrance. The pool area is equipped with lots of luxury loungers and parasols plus a large, shaded day bed.
