Villa Smile

Located in Santa Ponsa, Villa Smile is a luxury property with all the privacy to guarantee a relaxing holidays with the family and friends, it has an amazing sea view of the bay and the Tramuntana mountains.
Not far way from the property we can easily reach the town and the beaches, as well as two marinas, sport facilities and the forest.

Few step we arrive at the covered terrace with an external summer kitchen and the barbecue.

Villa Smile is developed on two floors and 350 mq, the interiors are spacious and combined between the Spanish architecture and the modern tech systems, one big open space hosts the living area with sofas, TV and the fireplace, the fully equipped kitchen with an high island to prepare breakfasts all together, and the dining area with table and chairs and a nice view on the garden.

The Villa can accommodate 8 person in its 4 spacious bedrooms, two with en suite bathroom and two with shared bathroom all of them has air conditioning, office area, a safe box, a panoramic sea view and some, also private terraces.
The Master room on ground floor has a double bed plus a baby bed and the TV.
The other three bedrooms are located on the first floor with a double bed.

The guests will appreciate the possibility of extra services as a private chef, extra cleaning, grocery delivery, transfers, baby sitting and the driver.
A car parking for 4 cars is available inside the property.
