It has been built using quality materials, including marble floors, it boasts an open plan kitchen (high quality kitchen with fully integrated appliances and stone work tops), modern white bathrooms with walk in showers, underfloor heating and radiators in the first floor, reverse cycle air conditioning, heated outdoor swimming pool, open and covered sun terraces with a barbecue area for both gas and charcoal cooking.

The villa develops on two levels, on the ground floor there are a well-proportioned kitchen/living room and dining room filled with natural light and double-glazing throughout. On this level we find also an excellent sized double bedroom with en suite bathroom + ground floor cloakroom; the garage, a further sitting room with versatile use, as children´s playroom or music/office room. In the living room the television has Sky, French and Belgian satellite channels.

Upstairs we find four spacious double bedrooms (one of which has twin beds) all en suite with their own terrace (ideal place to enjoy the sun) and a separate utility room.
