Villa Purpura

Villa Purpura is a luxury Villa settled above Port Andratx in Monport, with a stunning sea view of the bay , is developed on 900 square meters and four levels. It can accommodate up 12 guests. Its big spaces and numerous facilities is the ideal place for big families or group of friends, to spend an unforgettable holiday in Mallorca.

The outdoor spaces consists of chill areas to relax , a beautiful heated infinity pool with sunbeds and umbrella to enjoy the sunny days with a unique view, a jacuzzi and a barbecue area with the fountain. Some covered terrace offers dining areas with table and chairs and comfortable sofas. For kids happiness there is also a tennis table and a petanque area.

The interior are really elegant with white colours, and a lot of natural light, the hall lead into the spacious living room with sofas, TV , the fireplace and a direct access to the external terrace, a dining room with table and chairs and another fireplace, is connected with the main kitchen ,fully equipped.

Villa Purpura provide 6 bedrooms, all with en suite bathroom, plus an extra room for the staff and its private bathroom.
To note that two rooms are located in a separated area of the house, on lower floor, they share the equipped kitchenette and a living area.
In detail, the bedrooms are organized with air conditioning, TV, balcony, dressing groom, and private bathroom with two sinks.
The Master Suite with a double bed 200x200 and two other bedrooms are located on the first floor, the fourth bedroom, on ground floor, has a double bed 160x200cm
The last two bedrooms, are separated on the lower floor, both has a double bed 160x200 cm, they shared the living area and the kitchenette. Ideal for who is looking for privacy and moments of socialisation.


The guests will appreciate a fitness room, a sauna, and the private parking inside the property.
