Villa Pedra

Villa Pedra is located in the nice village of Fornalutx, with its coloured flowers, stores and restaurants. The house is recently renovated maintain the original Mallorquin taste and atmosphere, it offers 5 ensuite bedrooms, it can accommodate 10 person. The bedrooms are shared between the two floors, as follow:
At the first floor two double bedroom one with private terrace, plus a Master room with a great view of the mountains and the fireplace, the bathroom is ensuite with bathtub in addition of the shower and wc.
At the second floor two double bedrooms, one has a sofa bed for and extra person.

The main space at ground floor, host the living room with sofas, a piano, tv and a fireplace, the natural light invades the spaces for a very nice atmosphere, thanks to the numerous doors leading to the terraces, this ambient includes also the dining room with a table up 12 seats another fireplace and a guest bathroom with shower.

Going on the first floor we find the fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, high chairs , and the direct access to outside for a perfect summer moments together.
On the roof level there is a nice studio with a great view from the big glass window, ideal for reading, yoga and time together with your beloved, it can easily become a Cinema space.

The outside space, offer a plunge poll 15mtr long and 2.2mt deep, surrounded by a terrace with sunbeds , just few step we arrive at the courtyard garden for relaxing moments. From the studio a direct access to the roof terrace (25mq) with table and chairs for the outside dinner and an outdoor shower.
