Located near Porrres in the center of Mallorca, Villa Maddalena is a beautiful 17th century estate fully restored with a lot of care to maintain the original taste. Near to all the services like bars, craft markets, coffer shops, restaurants and historic monuments this area is the ideal spot where to spend holidays with family and friends.
It can accommodate 18 guests, in a very large outside spaces, with trees and Mediterraneans plants, in includes a grass garden, the private pool 16x5 mt, a sun terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas jointed with a covered loggia for a fresh shade in the sunny days. Just few step there is the covered loggia with lounge chairs and tables, chill a areas and a beautiful view of the surrounding, in this area there is also a guest bathroom.
Entering inside, a warm ambient full of history, really elegant with a contemporary art collection, at this floor there is the spacious living room with sofas, the fireplace, TV , the ideal ambient to spend time chatting , the main dining room with table and chairs, the a pre kitchen room , a cellar and the fully equipped kitchen and a second guest bathroom.
Spread on two floors the 9 splendid bedrooms, in harmony with the style of the house, some has a balcony with view, all has mosquito nets, double curtains, private bathroom, TV, air conditioning, dressing room.
They are divided as follow:
Room 1 and 2 on the lower floor, they have 2 single beds configurable as double
Room 3 on the ground floor has one double bed.
Room 4 has 2 single beds configurable as double
Room 5 and 6 have one double bed (one 190cm and the other 200cm)
Room 7, 8 and 9 are on the first floor , they have 2 single beds, configurable as double
Villa Maddalena includes a daily service of cleaning (kitchen cleaning is not included), 2 up 4 hours per day, garden maintenance, change of sheets and towel, also the pool towels every day, if the guests are interested they can book some other extra services.
Air conditioning and heating are available in all the house spaces, also a small church.
