As soon as you enter the property´s front gate, a pretty pathway leads you up to stone faced villa with a covered front terrace, while to your left is the private driveway where you can park your car in the shade.
The ground floor features three spacious bedrooms, decorated in white, provided with twin beds and desk areas, perfect for using your computer or reading. The bedrooms share 2 bathrooms making this area ideal for large families.
The villa features a wonderful state of the art fitted kitchen where you will find all mod-cons, and from here you reach the stylish dining room provided with a large table and comfortable dining chairs.
A wide archway leads you through to the first living room; with cozy seating, a fireplace and patio doors.

In the second building, located on a slightly elevated level there is a bright, spacious, tastefully furnished lounge with comfortable sofas. It features attractive wood flooring, a flat screen TV and large sliding patio doors, allowing you to enjoy views of the sunny garden.
In addition, there is a separate bedroom with en suite bathroom and it is adjoining to the living area.

Through the patio doors you can access the traditional style beamed, covered terrace, equipped with outdoor furniture, where you can chill out on balmy summer evenings with a cocktail, while across the lawn is a separate covered barbecue area and a table, perfect for alfresco dining. There`s also a ping pong table.
To the left of the lawn and covered terrace, we find the private swimming pool. Set within a paved area, equipped with sun loungers and surrounded by trees and shrubs, the pool area and the garden offer utmost privacy.


On the villa´s upper level you will find the gorgeous master suite. This room is elegantly decorated in white and complete with four-poster bed and it has its own dressing room, en suite bathroom and office area. As a further plus from here you will enjoy breath-taking views of the mountains and the bay of Pollensa.
Please note that the property has newly installed air conditioning in all bedrooms.
