This stunning Villa is located in Cala Moragues, Puerto Andratx, it offers 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a fantastic private heated swimming pool and can accommodate up to 10 people.

As you approach Les Sirenes by its driveway, you will find a 2-car capacity garage just beside the property that will allow you to park your car easily and safely.

On the ground level of this beautiful estate there is its massive living room all in white, with fantastic French doors which allow guests to afford a unique large indoor/outdoor open space.

On this same level, there is also its large fully equipped kitchen with dining area, all complete of modern accessories and amenities, again all in white, modern and comfortable making you feel more than welcome to use it for fantastic homemade meals or just for a lovely breakfast either indoor or outside the unequaled terrace.

This level also features a private bodega stocked by the owners where guests are welcomed to choose and buy on site instead going to the shops. Xbox One, DVD player and flat screen are also provided on this level. (Games are not included).

The master bedroom is located on the ground level and features an en-suite bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, double vanities, a private terrace and the best view over the sea. There are also a flat screen Sat-TV, a BOSE iPod dock, a lovely corner sofa and a fantastic walk in wardrobe.

The other 3 bedrooms are located on the upper level, 2 are twin bedrooms and feature again Sat TV, Bose dock and the other has a double bed, and again Sat TV and sound system, en-suite bathroom and lovely views.

Also on this level there is a guest bedroom with independent access from the entrance`s interior courtyard - it features a double bed, en suite bathroom and a built-in wardrobe, as well as a lovely view over the sea.
It also has access to the pool terrace via a staircase at the side of the house.

The interiors are a perfect blend of modernity and luxury along with the original Mallorca Style, all in white with touches of stones and wooden throughout the whole property. Massive French doors, fire place, and unique super modern furniture will make you feel welcomed and cuddled.

The main attraction is the outdoor area, with its large pool, 10m x 4m, which runs along the edge of the terrace, all equipped with sun lounges and a unique day-bed with curtains that allow you to laze in the sun.

Les Sirenes is a leisurely fifteen-minute walk from the Club de Vela (Puerto Andratx`s yacht club) and a twenty-minute walk to the Marina with its trendy restaurants and shops; the walk does involve a hill or two meaning in might be unsuitable for older guests. There is also a supermarket just down the road from the yacht club.
