La Fuente is a family owned holiday home located in the north east of the island close to Pollensa. It has been conceived with great attention to detail in order to offer you the ultimate luxury holiday.
The villa is set in the quiet residential area of La Font, at the base of the majestic Tramuntana Mountains and is ideal for a relaxing holiday. It is surrounded by the beautiful Spanish countryside, though it is within walking distance of the bustling traditional old town of Pollensa and the famous turquoise water and sandy beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollensa that are only five minutes away by car.
The property consists of five en-suite, air conditioned double bedrooms and it can comfortably accommodate two families or a group of friends, ensuring privacy for all.
At the first floor there are three double rooms to the front of the house overlooking the garden and pool, and a further double room with balcony to the rear with mountain views and its own private terrace. The fifth double bedroom is located on the ground floor, which also has a private terrace overlooking the garden and mountains and with direct access to the garden.
At the first floor, we also find the sitting room, office and sun room that are designed as one large space with exposed beams and balconies at both ends offering ample space to relax, unwind and enjoy the tranquility of the area.
On the ground floor, there is a huge open plan kitchen-living-dining area, which accommodates dining for up to 12 people, along with a kitchen island for 6 people to sit, as well as a huge relaxed seating, sofa / TV area all with a dual aspect overlooking the pool and bar areas.
Going out from the kitchen-dining area you will find a large covered terrace with bar, table tennis, BBQ and an enormous built in sofa – ideal for morning coffee, midday snoozing or evening drinks. The covered terrace leads onto a tastefully designed shaded pergola with al fresco dining for up to twenty people. With views to the pool one way and mountains the other this is a special area to have breakfast, lunch and supper.
Outside, the villa boasts the pool (11x4 metres, that can be heated on request, at extra cost) that is equipped with sunbeds for twelve people and a daybed where you can sit and enjoy the fabulous mountains. There is also a further chill-out sofa area nestled in the garden perfect for relaxing, as well as a hammock positioned under the shade of the palm trees.
