Finca Sandra is set in the area of Ternelles valley, one of the most exclusive locations in Pollensa.
This stunning country estate is surrounded by protected land, and it has been recently renovated, keeping its traditional stone exterior feature that perfectly blends with its contemporary interior, full of character, colorful artwork and even an original and very picturesque Jukebox!

Finca Sandra is conveniently located just 1 kilometer from the historic old town of Pollensa, it has 5 bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms, and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.

As soon as you enter the property, you will find an impressive entry hall with a dry stone feature wall and minimalist staircase, from here the room opens up into a large, living area equipped with comfortable sofas and armchairs where you can enjoy the company of your friends or family around the coffee table, play games or have a chat.

To the right of the living area is a lovely entertainment room with a television, Jukebox and floor to ceiling book shelves providing a homely feel, it also boasts double aspect patio doors allowing plenty of light and wonderful views of the garden and covered patio area. Attached to the entertainment room is the first bedroom, with two double beds, table and chairs, fitted wardrobes and full en-suite bathroom.

On the left of the entry hall a there is a dining area with table and chairs set in front of the patio doors with access to the terrace and garden, attached to this is the second bedroom, it has two single beds, ideal for the kids and a full, en suite bathroom.

On the far side of the property lies the generously sized kitchen, modern in design with contrasting wood to give it warmth, it is fully fitted and equipped with all modern cons and another large table with plenty of seating, there is yet another set of patio’s doors ensuring you can enjoy your meals with a view! Here is also the third bedroom, very large and welcoming, it has a double bed, sofa, a full, en suite bathroom and a door leading out onto the sunny patio.

Upstairs there are the fourth and fifth bedrooms, one with twin beds and en suite bathroom and the other very spacious room with double bed, walk in closet, table and chairs and stunning views of the surrounding mountains and countryside.

Outside, the villa boasts several sunny and covered terraces, a large round table and chairs for alfresco dining during the summer, as well as sofas to chill out on with a cocktail. Beyond the terrace and set within the lush, mature gardens is the private swimming pool (18 x 4 cm) equipped with loungers for sun bathing, the views from here are really breathtaking!

Finca Sandra is ideal for large group getaways in a peaceful valley setting, though if you feel like taking a stroll, you can even walk to the town of Pollensa in around 15 minutes, while the beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala Sant Vicente can be reached by car in around 10 minutes.
