Finca Amistad is a luxury 6-bedroom property located in the exclusive area of Pollensa in northern Mallorca.
This outstanding, spacious country house has recently been thoroughly modernized and it
offers everything you need for an unforgettable and relaxing holiday.
Finca Amistad is characterized by a traditional, rustic style, with solid wooden beams, terracotta roof, tiled flooring, wooden window shutters and spacious private grounds bordering a Nature Reserve.
The property has six beautiful bedrooms and five bathrooms, and it can accommodate up to 12 guests.
As soon as you enter through the huge front door, you will find the tiled reception area, then on to the main living area, which consists of a lovely, spacious lounge there are the cozy sofas and lounge chairs perfect to relax.
The fully-equipped kitchen is provided with all the latest appliances and also includes a breakfast bar.
If you want to keep in shape, there is a gym where you’ll find several exercise machines and a large flat-screen TV on the wall.
A rather special touch here is the private home cinema, seating up to eight people, it’s perfect for getting together with the family to watch a movie.
Upstairs, there is the master bedroom with a gorgeous antique double bed, and five additional cozy bedrooms.
Outside, you’ll find a lush front lawn, mature trees and shrubbery, traditional stone walls, and the most beautiful 360-degree view of the Tramuntana Mountains.
The property also boasts a large, rectangular private swimming pool with a stepped entrance for easy access.
There’s also a covered bar and BBQ area, which is ideal for a spot of al fresco dining and enjoying a ‘sundowner’ or two.
Finca Amistad is the perfect place to enjoy peace, tranquility and privacy, though it is just three miles away from the lovely town of Pollensa where you’ll find some fabulous restaurants, bars and boutiques, while the sea is just a ten-minute walk away, which makes it the ideal place for a fantastic holiday in Mallorca.

Puerto Pollensa is a seaside resort with a lot to offer you and your family. There is something for everyone. A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Minimum stay: 7 nights, changeover day Saturday.
Check-in time is from 16:00; Checkout time is within 10:00.

- when booking you will be subject to pay the Balearic ecotax of €2.20 per night per person
- a security deposit is required when renting this property
- For cot rentals no bedding is provided - clients are expected to bring their child's own bedding for the duration of their stay.
