This magical estate is located in La Font area minutes away from Pollensa, north Mallorca. With its 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and a fantastic private pool Can Otto can accommodate up to 12 people.
Its matchless layout offers privacy and comfort along with a great feeling of spaciousness, plenty of outdoor room all around the property.
Can Otto is a detached villa set among lawned gardens with a particular style, its lovely pool well equipped with sun lounges, umbrellas, table and chairs for guests to enjoy cooling refreshing drinks by the pool or simply al fresco meals with family or friends.
As you approach the property by the front gate, you will find a short driveway where guests can park their car easily and safely, as well as a garage equipped with bike racks and cyclist work bench.
Entering the property from the main door you will find its unique entrance/hall, airy and bright as well as the enchanting living room, offering massive comfortable sofas and designer armchairs, fireplace and large sliding doors that will let you access the partially covered terrace all equipped with dining/lounging outdoor furniture.
On the same level, there is also the fully equipped kitchen with dining area, with up to 12 seats, complete with all modern appliances and again large and bright that will make you want to cook lovely meals over its fantastic panorama.
This level features a guest WC and a laundry room as well as a bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Heading up the stairs you will find a private double bedroom with easy access to the lovely roof terrace.
The master suite located near the kitchen offers a double bed, en-suite bathrooms, ample wardrobe and access to the garden. Going down few steps you will find a twin-bedded room with en-suite shower room.
The other 2 bedrooms are located in an independent apartment situated off the terrace with en-suite facilities and the best privacy.
Can Otto is the perfect rental property for large families and groups looking to be out of the way, but within reasonable distance to all attractions and amenities.

On the island there are stone villages, art galleries and music festivals, all surrounded by hills full of citrus groves.
A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
The minimum stay is 7 nights.( Arrival on Saturdays in high season).
Check-in time is from 15:00; Checkout time is within 11:00.

- when booking you will be subject to pay the Balearic ecotax of €2.20 per night per person.
Credit card details are required for the damage refundable deposit, the amount of which is property related and it will be put on hold 12 days prior to the arrival.
