The Nidus Penthouse is a gorgeous apartment, perfectly positioned in the heart of Lech, just a short stroll from the nearest lift and close to the center of the village.
The penthouse occupies the top floor of the prestigious Nidus building, it consists of five bedrooms and can sleep up to ten people. Designed and furnished by a leading interior specialist, this beautiful mountain home has been decorated with traditional woods, lavish fabrics, and stylish furnishings to create the perfect alpine residence.
The apartment is spread over one floor and the lift opens out directly into the property. There is a large hallway with a stylish seating area and plenty of storage for your winter clothes.
The master suite boasts a beautiful has its own private dressing area and en-suite bathroom, separate shower, and private sauna.
There are two further twin/double bedrooms that share a private shower room with double sinks. A beautiful, alpine-inspired bunk room provides the perfect winter bedroom for children. The children's bunk room shares a shower room with a further twin/double bedroom.
The sophisticated living and dining area feature contemporary furniture and polished oak flooring which create a wonderful ambiance for relaxing and entertaining. Benefitting from the double-height penthouse ceiling, large French windows open out onto the beautiful terrace which looks towards the marvelous mountains in the near distance and overlooks the charming village of Lech. One half of the room is dedicated to the sumptuous living area which is equipped with large sofas and stylish seating. There is a large flat screen TV and Apple TV and a decorative fireplace.
There is a wonderful, large dining area which can sit up to ten people comfortably. The open plan kitchen overlooks the dining area.
Guests have also access to a wonderful shared ski room complete with boot warmers.
The chalet is sold on a catered, self-catered, BnB or accomodation only basis.
Finally, for those self-driving, the apartment has an underground parking space available upon request.

A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 90 days prior to the arrival date.
Minimum stay: 7 nights, changeover day Sunday.
Check-in time is from 16:00; Checkout time is within 10:00.
